Custom Metal Art – Final Sale

All custom and personalized metal art is made to order and crafted just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on custom orders once production has started.

Please ensure all spelling, design details, and personalization are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Custom Items

If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake (wrong spelling, design, or size), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to our support team. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or offer a suitable solution.

Non-Custom Metal Art – Returns Accepted

We gladly accept returns on non-custom, ready-to-ship metal art within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund your original payment method (minus original shipping).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
